What counts as a 'user'?

Any active login (inspector, dispatcher, owner, or billing admin) counts as a user. Builders accessing the Builder Portal do not count towards your user limit.

Do you offer a free trial for the Pro plan?

Yes. Every new account can test the Pro tier features free for 14 days before committing.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade back to Starter at any time from your account settings.

Are there setup or implementation fees?
